Everything from one source

The following distinguishes us in particular: With us, you can get a complete machine control system from a single source on request. For a new system, it includes the following points:

Initial clarification with the client about the scope, feasibility and costs of a project
Design of all electrical components
Clarification of the safety regulations according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
Preparation of the electrical documentation
Creation of the control cabinet
Programming the PLC, HMI and drive technology
Commissioning of the machine on site

Your data is important to us. That's why all project data is automatically backed up externally every day in compliance with the law. You can find more information at our partner Datatrust.

Design of electrical components

For the dimensioning of servo axes we use, for example, the MotionDesigner from Beckhoff. With its help, drives and controllers can be precisely dimensioned.

Functional safety

According to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, manufacturers and operators of machinery are obliged to identify and eliminate potential safety risks for man and machine at an early stage. Our employees are trained by PILZ and TÜV NORD as CMSE - Certified Machinery Safety Expert. We can therefore provide you with expert advice on safety issues.

For complete risk analyses and more complex problems, we also obtain special knowledge from our partners. These include PILZ and Beckhoff.

Electrical documentation

We create electrical schematics for machine control with EPLAN Electric P8. The ECAD standard for engineering.

But EPLAN is more than just drawing circuit diagrams. Parts lists and parts for the PLC software are also automatically generated from the ECAD data. In addition, the pneumatic plan and P&ID are also integrated if required.

Commissioning

We always commission our machines ourselves. This ensures that it works as it was planned. In addition, any changes made at the last minute flow reliably back into the ECAD documentation.

If you wish, we can accompany you through the FAT / SAT and any process optimisation steps.

With us, there are no 95% finished machines. Only 100% is good enough.
