With the rewinding table, printed label reels can be rewound from left to right or vice versa. During this process, a wide variety of inspection procedures can be carried out, depending on requirements and machine equipment:

• Missing label and grid remnant inspection
• Quality control
• Label counting
• Printing by inkjet

The web tensions of the two winding axes are controlled via servo drives. Thanks to rotating reel support plates, even heavy material reels can be wound with very low web tensions. Handling of the label reels is greatly facilitated by lowerable winding spindles. As an option, the rewinding table can be equipped with a lifting device for large rolls integrated on one or both sides.
